Big Problem with Charas.ex

when i make character set with charas.ex, it wont work properly with rpgmaker 2003
rpg mkaer 2003 will only use black as the background.
The problem is that the backgrounds dont work. It is very anouying so could some one plz help me. Is there awasy around this, cause i dont wont to keep uising black as a background and not on the amour or weapons

When making the charset, set auto background to on and make the background color to that green color, I forget the correc colors. But when importing them to RM2K3, click on the color you want transparent and it should blink.
