The Template inserted by Runeblade is for create your own charasets.
If you want create them from zero you need to know the dimension and the right position for all frames, so the template give you that.
Every group (the blue ones or yellow ones) contain 12 frames, from left to roght and from top to bottom:
-Back view right feet forward
-Back view standing
-Back view left feet forward
-Right view r.f.f.
-Right view standing
-Right view l.f.f.
-Front view r.f.f.
-Front view standing
-Front view l.f.f.
-Left view r.f.f.
-Left view standing
-Left view l.f.f.
Then you must fill all backgrounds with the same color to make it transparent when you will import it as Raw material in RPGmaker.

Something else? ;)
