I'll take it it's Tales Of Sinphona (Yeah, I know I spelled it greatly wrong. It's the only with the kid in red with the stand-up hair. )

This midi is a battle theme from an ABS for the ps2 that had cartoon graphics and an oldly colored cloud that wanted to kill everything.

Also, the cloud wasn't light colored, but something other.
