Some of you may remember my project "soul destined".
Well, That was scrapped for personal reasons (Computer completely breaking ) but guess what, I'm restarting it.

For millenia, the grand sages ruled the world of Alanica....
They ruled by the words of the Grandis tome.....
a mystic book that holds the words of the gods, a tome holding spells that can undo the very fabric of life if in the hands of evil....

...all was well until one day...

a dark man named Janus invaded the sages fortress....he slew all of the guards, destroyed all obstacles in his path as if they were nothing, before finally confronting the sages themselves

"Selva is the essence, the light which fades and the darkness which strengthens, life with no purpose causes mans soul to darken.......and inevitably shows man the true path"

the tome then emitted a strange glow.......
perhaps the gods were trying to tell the world something?
perhaps a whisper of the evil in mans own heart......

From the moment Janus entered the chamber, the world had begun it's decline......

well, here's an update:

it has the same characters which I will post tomorrow (I had them on the old thread, but I deleted that   )
The storyline's been tweaked 2 (Also being posted 2moro)
and , as you can see I change the name slightly.

I've had the same thing happen to me on my game 3 or 4 times also....

Keep up the good work Leon , its looking nice from the err....ummm....one screenshot LOL but your story does sound great.

Making stories mut be my strong point, because i passed my english imaginative writing with flying colours

anyways, here is Janus at the intro, at the gates of the sages' fortress!

(oh yeah, heres a note, Janus starts off with level 99 and 9999 hp! So have fun while you've got him ok)

this screenshot is not final though, the map may (and probably will) change.

The first section is done, and really, Im quite proud of it

this screen shot shows Janus' intro at the sages fortress
(I have changed the fortress slightly)

When the game is playing some of the pillars in the background move with the sky, simple, but effective.

The first character update is on the first post now
