Problem 1: Even if your the RP owner, you shouldn't control other people's characters, as you said, it's not supposed to be like the Pub right? No random stuff.
Problem 2: Your starting is weak and flavorless. You need to put more detail in, more uh... meat!
Problem 3: A signup thread and the RP thread shouldn't be one.
Problem 4: Don't doublepost.
