kAiRoU, why are you saying that?
It's not that bad, anyhow there are some notes:
1) your image is saved in 24 bit. It's always better to use 8 bit images (256 colors)
2) it's wrong positioned. You have to move everything two pixels on the left.
3) finally, the center frame of the front view has to be moved one pixel up.
Ok, now the resources is fine (i've attached the correct version).
It's not bad, i like expecially colors shadings you used.
As a first resources, it's a good job!
BTW: it's totally original by you or it's a rip?

it's good for a first try, and not everybody starts out as a super spriter, but with a bit more practice you can probably make some great stuff
