Here's the character that I came up in a little over 10 minutes, that template along with the world imagined helped. You seem to have some choice.. oulala!

Advantages : Battle stats would be Agility. Puzzle elements would be jumping, she’s also known to town folks and gets by easily.

Species : Racoon (backup as anything capable of drawing art for!!)
Background : Young girl thrust into the spotlight. She’s a very talented singer and performer and has taken the world by storm. At her young age she isn’t capable of dealing with her fame very well and is sometimes immature. Her real heroes however aren’t pop singers, since she’s been a little girl she followed the brave stories of Sonic and his friends and wants to be known for more than her singing.
