by now everyone nows i suck at drawing so can anyone make this guy look better. he is an espionos againt and hides in shadows alot

You don't need any help with your drawing. Just draw that guy over and over doing different things, perhaps make a comic with him in, and I promise you'll improve quickly.

It's ok, but you should try to make your arms and legs more proportionate.

The eyes are wierd. Is he looking down? Try to round out your iris/pupils more.  You don't have to have big shining anime eyes if it's not your thing but try to have a defined look to the eyes.

Are those boxes pockets? if so, flaps/buttons/zippers would make it more obvious to ones who don't know. but maybe it's just a design.

Also that position he's standing in is kind of off. What I try to do is stand/sit/etc. in the position as i see it to see if it's possible/comfortable & for aestetic purposes.

You also might want to work on your hands more.

I'm not so good at giving tips so don't take it to be an attack.

did you draw that on paint? That's a real bitch to do with just a mouse! working in zoom makes it easier. hope this wasn't a waste of time.
