I need a really power voice editor software... oh, say, something that could make a woman's soft speaking voice sound like a man's deep yelling voice.

Look up Wavepad. I used it to sound like a girl, and it actually sounds like a girl.

Not strong enough. I guess I'll have to resort to getting voice actors...
but that may help when editing their voice, so thanks anyways.
