This is so stupid, only my Mp3 music files work, but midi files dont, whats the problem? I have restarted my computer.

Open up your Volume Control (the little speaker thing on your taskbar) and check if there's an option called "SW Synth". If there isn't, click Options, Properties, and check SW Synth. When you have, make sure it's not muted or the slider is at the bottom.
