hi i need help the same problem as the battle backgrounds the thing just keeps saying color is irregular i ripped them myself once again use if u like i dont care about credit

You won't need to worry about changing the color depth, because that picture won't fit in RM2K3.

donload freeware ultimate paint and change the color to 256 bitmap. (note when you do this the picture won't get distorted or color gettting wierd like. But if you do it in paint then the image will get wierd like.)

That's a panorama, right? Panoramas are 320x240 pixels, I believe.

well it depends on the picture see wat size it is then make your map the same size as the picture and you should be fine.
