Allen would recommend having more form to the piece, as opposed to simply repeating the A section with additions and variations making it prime, double prime, etc.
Repetition is alright in video game music, especially since they most of the time are intended to loop, however form is a vital part of music.
I don't mean to sound rude, if I do. I just thought I'd give some advice. I do like the melody, though the fifth measure doesn't really feel right to me.
Keep working with your midis though, you've got great potential, and your building up with differant instruments and what not is rather good.
Edit: After listening to some other midis of yours, I see what I've said is likely pointless. This one piece was way to repetative however.
I really like your "Upon the World" though. ^_^
