When i make a charactor with chara.ex (offline), the background is sqrewy. and theres a green background instead of it baing transparent. how do u make it transparent

when you import the resource just click on the background.
Then it will flash and there will be no bg behind it in the game.

It's perfectly normal. I get that too when I'm saving 256-coloured bitmaps.

Go into Idraw and paint the background with the first color in the pallete, then save it.
