Offline face generator

When's the next offline charas update gonna be?
It's been about 4 months since the last one!
We need a new one!  

Just out of interest, this face generator seems alright, and with more resources to match every thing in charas, it could turn out great! So how about an offline face generator?
Could be more useful to some then charas, as its much harder to make a decent face than a decent charas.
I'm sure that quite a few would appreciate it!
