I have like 10 neopets character sets,and im pretty sure i got em all in the complete resources

edit: actually 14,and 6 colors of each one the pets are

aisha,chia,cybunny,grundo,kacheek, kau,kiko,lupe,Mutant set,scorchio,shoyru,usul,wocky,zafara

ill post em here if they arent in the complete resources anymore

Too bad i couldnt find the bets kind of neopet...an eyrie

too many to post so ill pm them

just for the record they came out with some new neopets called Yurble,Ruki,Bori,and Hissi so he is probaly going to need those

Really early into my game making career with RM2K, I thought about such a concept. Now that I'm older, I've lost a bit of interest. Still, I'll help you how I can.

Yes it is. But it was origionally an online game where you took care of these things. Now it's expanded... A LOT.
