I vote Narikiri, But it seems someone voted on my account...?
I vote Narikiri because I spent some time making an edit on one. I like the way it is done and it looks far better! But I don't use that Sprite style though...

I can edit b-/chars for you. I am however usually not avaliable. I prefer chosing the one I help...
-Favorite B-char type: Narikiri (is that the name?)
-Favorite Char type: Medium, with emotes.

I simply voted sprite sized because those are what I for one enjoy the most.
You'd be able to do more with them most likely than the 'Narikiri' kind anyway when it comes down to editing, especially for a variety of moves and what not.

Sprite sized, for reasons you already know.

Hehe! The only people who prefer editing/working with normal sprites don't do Narikiri probably because they are too lazy ^^ It really isn't that hard.

Because you had people do something for nothing. Sure, you didn't know you would come to this decision, however, now when you request, request fulfillers might think to themselves "How do I know that he won't change his mind later on? Eh, I don't wanna do it." Just telling you, because that's the reason I don't do map requests anymore.

You brin up a good point.  I can't really comment on that, or decide yet what to use.  Here are the pros and cons of both.

Sprite-
Pros: Diversity in weapons, diversity in appearance, different battle animations.

Cons: Might not get requests done.

Narikiri-
Pros: Look really cool, make game stand out, unique.

Cons: Not much to work with, have to copy TOS appearances, limited to weapons.

Hmm......this will be tough......
