March of the Penguins
« on: July 23, 2005, 08:42:38 PM »
Has anyone else seen the previews for this upcoming movie? I have. The little time that I take to watch TV, it doesn't matter what I'm watching, this preview will be in the commercials. And all I have to say is "What. The. Crap." A movie about penguins that walk around?! How do critics give that a "two thumbs up!" ?! o_O Seriously, what is this, a world wide joke?! It's gotta be, it's just gotta be one.

Hell Yeah! Just recovered all my old rm2k/3 games from my 10 year old, broken laptop hard drive that had been formatted and had a new OS installed on it. Oh, and I did all of this from my phone. WIN

Movie producers are going downhill, they'll practicly give good ratings to anything anymore.

Originality is at an all-time low.

W...T...F? Penguins? A powerful film? :D  I think my brain just paratrooped out the back of my head.

Oh BTW, I'm new.

But I do know NEVER to use the gun smileys.

Edit: @Darkfox: EXCEPT the lord of the rings! It's a freakin' A- on Yahoo Movies (The two towers anyway)! WTF? 5 stars for the penguins, and 4.5 for LOTR. Great.

Matthew Perry was Jay Lenno a few nights ago, and they both said it was really good. And I heard something about Morgan Freeman narrating it.. I dunno.

I have no idea.  Maybe the title is just misleading.  Maybe some of the penguins pull out machine guns and pwn the rest of them.  Who knows?

I'd have to go see it just for that scene.
