I cant play games!

Ok i get this note when i try to play rpgs on my computer. Any ideas what could fix this? is there new version of rpgmaker 2003 or what? (yes and i also have rpgm2k)

1) Restart your computer
2) Delete the file veihcle or whatever(If you oput a boat skiff or airship event on the map make sure you have the right graphic and event name or whatever)
3) start your game over

Somewhere in the coding there's supposed to be something that uses a file named "vehicle", which doesn't exist. It's probably the RTP characterset, so just import a characterset named vehicle and it should work.

This happened to me.  Go to your system, and check the vehicles section.  If one is black, then replace it with what is supposed to go in their.  Then, problem solved.
