Cyber Bullies
« on: August 05, 2005, 09:58:28 PM »
So, last night I was watching 'The Insider' (a repeat mind you) They mentioned the funniest thing I've heard all day (sides Will & Grace), I laughed at the whole thing. And I am sorry if this offends people, but anywho the point of this topic. Cyber Bullies is the same thing as a school bully, cept there is no physical contact, it's all just emotional. At first when I heard this, I thought this.. A person from another part of the world picking on a person they don't even know. But no, it's worst it's kids who supposedly 'have' lives but choose to spend it by sending horrid comments via la email to kids they don't like. Ha! One girl who was picked on by some kids from school in cali I think, moved about 3000 miles away to get away from it all. The worst they did was call her ugly, and prolly asked her why she existed. And then a 13 year old boy killed himself over this. Some kids stated that he should kill himself, the boy said he will. And killed himself two weeks later. So, it is me or are these kids just to sensitive? Is there anyone who is actually affected by this in any way..? Do share, or just post your opinions on this XD

If I got an e-mail like that I'd laugh and reply to the guy, I'll attach a virus of course that messes with the power supply setting the computer on fire.

Anyway people must have really low self asteem to let 'bullies' get to them that way.

Sort of reminds me of that @$$ Jalen from RPG2KNet...that guy once insulted me at the 23rd of September, my day..damn him. But I ended up laughing at his actions, more or less.
I LAUGH AT HIM FOR EVER GOING ON THERE.
Sometimes I don't know why, but I can be obsessed with jumping off things...it's weird, but I do my best not to. So that's probably one of the things why I'm still on here.

A simple way to evade a cyber bullie block his acc and you won't see him again.Exept if he changes to another acc then you'll have to block that one and so on...

I've had to deal with quite a few cyber bullies who feel the need to insult me because I don't like a certain GBA game that most people like. XD

These kids must be big wimps if they let the idiotic comments of someone they probably don't even know and probably never will know make them suicidal.

I went a forum full of these 'cyber bullies'
I like drawing and showing my drawings there.
I, one day, decided to make a site full of my drawings and posted it in their site section.
Note: This was my first site.
They trashed it so badly (Aka posted bad comments about the site) that I deleted it.
Then one day some girl from the forum IM me
this was conversation (Don't worry, it's a short one):

WildRoses7: Hello, who are?
Lavettai: Well, I'm Tyiagirl2004*
WildRoses7: Oh
WildRoses7: I don't talk to *******
Lavettai: Then why, may I ask, are you talk to me?
WildRoses7: Whatever.

So, you see  I had a lot of 'cyber bullies'.
Ok, I'm done talking about my experience.

I agree with CoolZidane and WingZero.

No, it was an anime forum.
I think it was called Kyokou Geemu.
They will criticize on everything you do.

Theres only a few of those there, I have 5 in mind that go off on other forums to do their flaming as well. Most of the other members are just stuck up average game makers who think their better than every one else because they go to a bigger forum. No offence to anyone who goes there :)

I've had those too. The funny part is that they aren't good at bullying. I will quote one: "Like that movie or else I'm coming to your house and gonna watch that movie with YOU!". XD

Yes, DragonBlaze. Me and you both shared an event with them. But anyway, about the topic. I'm sort of offended by it, because of the way you're stressing it as an ironic topic. You don't really show it, but I know you do find it ironic. I don't feel like talking about the situation anymore though, so I'll just leave it at that. (And btw, I just joined GamingW and they're all nice to me ^^)
