A title and a gameover

for the title i would like: a skull in the bottom right and in blood red writting in the middle: SCHOOL
and at the bottom left i would like a purple and white tie (don't ask)

and the gameover screen a purple and white tie at the bottom center and at the top "the virus got loose...the world is doomed Mission: FAILURE"
and beside the tie a meat clever

i would like both the gameover and title's backrounds to be black thanks in advance to who does this!
