Put it on WinRar, WinZip, 7z, WinAce, etc and upload it to a site like Freewebs. If it's more than 700 kb heavy, send it by mail or make a site and wait a week or so. If that was not your question, sorry.

If you want to share your demo with others:

-Find a free web host. Freewebs isn't great, so search Google for "free web host".

-Use a compression utility (like any of the ones Linkizcool mentioned) to zip up your game folder. Upload it on your free web host.

-Post a link to it on whatever forums you go to.

Also, make sure you note what translation you used. For example, if you used RPG Advocate's RM2K3 translation, put that in your post. Because some people use different translations, the files might be named differently and stuff.

Alright. This all sounds very confusing to me still, but I'll give the free web host a try.

Freewebs isn't great, as Warxe said, but it's effective(after a week, and even better if sites are made with HTML, not only the basic format) and you could only post the zip file and post a link to it so you don't need to make a site.
