Honestly do we really need this thread? the admins know who they want to become a mod when there is a spot open and help is needed. AlsoIf one person could be mod I wouldn't pick anyone. No one needs to be replaced And as Saikar said when, in time the moderation/admin team leaves, one with the right skills and additude will be picked. I, at this time do not feel I am ready for the position. I may never be but atleast I will be able to enjoy my stay at charas and that's one of the most important things you'll want while you here. What's the point to come here if you don't have fun why be bored rather than be happy? Oh and if you stop telling dragonchick93 to stop posting off topic she will stop replying and you really don't need to be so harsh about it. I mean it's only a few off topic posts. She also doesen't need to be banned...that is unless she continues to post off topic in other forums or spam ect.

I don't think we should be discussing who we want to be mod or who should be mod because:

1. Arguments and debates will begin
2. Member's hopes will rise
3. Not saying that it will, but another outburst like the one Nikey had could happen, XD, and nobody wants that.

I don't feel like listing the rest, but you get the idea.
