I can't be sure, but I believe that it depicts Glin wearing a red hat, holding either a snake or a long finger trap, and "accidentally" throwing water on Mark.

In my mind it was a photo taken at some sort of theme park, and Glin had bought loads of stuff in the gift shop. He decided to pose for the camera and forgot that he was holding a drink, which covered Mark shortly after the photograph was taken.
