Since no one apparently likes my ideas, one of you guys should write something up and start agreeing with it if you want this to ever get off the ground.

* probably two weeks to submit entries from when I start it
* hand drawn or computer done, your choice.
* original characters or Charas characters only. You can only 1 character from a video game or some other media in your comic. This is a Charas contest.
* you can submit your comic as either "action" or "humor".

Judging criteria:

* Quality of the art. This doesn't mean it needs to be super fancy. Simple art can be quality if it's drawn well.
* Origionality of concept. Try to think of your own situations and jokes instead of stealing the easy ones.
* For humor comics: how good the joke is.
* For action comics: how cool the action is.
* Overall presentation: name, character design, etc.

Timeline:

Contest begins
* Judges can sign up
* Entries can be received
Two weeks after contest begins, no more entries or judges will be accepted and the judging begins.
* The judges will vote on their favorites in both action and humor categories and narrow it down to four comics, two humor, two action.
* The public will vote on both an action and a humor comic.
After some time (5 days?) all the votes are tallied. The winners get medals and maybe some cool prize. The runners-up also get medals but probably no prizes.

Anyone, regardless of time on Charas, can enter.
Judges can enter their own comics.
No one, including judges, can vote for themselves.

Sound good?

In case someone forgot that.
Ok, so, we have our contestants. If any more want to join in they can. What about judges? I'm thinking Warxe, if he doesn't want to be an entrant, and Sai'Kar, you'd be good too. You're knowledgable in the field of all things contestical.

actually, I did not noticed that. Anyways, I'm wondering... how long can comics be? Is 6 panels all right?

Well Razor, I don't wanna ruin it but I can't enter this week. Lots of exams and other school stuff.

Right, right. I'm half waiting out for Sai's word anyway.
Honestly, I don't have an idea for a comic. Screwed get?

Ding ding ding! Idea!

I don't have any time to make one, but enough ideas. And Razor has time, but no ideas. How about people could pair up? I mean, a good idea is halve the trouble and a good look too.

would that answer the question "how many fools are needed to make a comic?". Jk, but... 2 persons to make a comic? In a part, it can be good, for different reasons, as the mentioned before. Anyways, I hope that it is optional. I prefer to work alone.

But still, what happens when you win, is it like "Ok, you won have a nice day" or what?

pair's should be ok, because writer's and artists pair up all the time.
I wouldn't know about a prize... I can't give anyone anything anyone would want.

I'm not entering anything. I won't win.  plus my art seems to be invisible...

I Do however, want to judge. I'd like to judge action more than the comedy.
