That last shot is better. However, there is a lot of wide open space. Be sneaky - if you make the room smaller, then it's easier to fill that space.

*Trys to be nice*
Holy crap man, those maps need love. Lots and lots of love. They feel emtpy inside and lifeless, and need something to fill the gap that divides them from achiving happiness.
*Trys to be blunt*
You still type like an eight year old. People, such as myself, would probally take you more seriously if you didn't type like this: ow, u sitll type like a 8 old people liek me wood probly take u more serious if u don't type like this.
*Trys to... be sorry*
I'm not going to take back a thing I said, but I'll say I didn't do it in the most apporiate mannor.
*Trys to give advice*
Your game making skills are less then standard, and I would highly recommend getting used to the maker before posting what you have made. Many people post their first game or the equalilvent of their first game on here and get crap responces like those I have given you, and odds are someone on here will mimic what I did on LinkForce's topic about how his maps lacked detail if you continue posting and being proud of those 'unloved' maps. Oh, and if you want to get any respect as a good maker, don't use RTP as much as possible.
I believe all that is game related enough.

EDIT: Kalvika got some Crappy docks 2... here i put up just the boat docks... its pretty empty but its supose to be.. im gonna fill it up with npc,s running around... all u have here is some rock docks, a boat house and a man selling fish... (and u can actually buy fish from him and eat to recover HP)

Not enough detail in the maps. I'm gonna show you something in a bit. Let me make a quick map for you.

Ok, sorry about the double post. Here it is.
First of all, no town is just grassy terrain. There will be dirt paths for worn out areas that people walk of, or just dead areas where grass doesn't grow. Use a dirt tile in order to create that detail. Now, if your chipset/tileset has a grass tile of different color value, use it as well. In some areas, the grass may be thinker, thus it will be darker, or it's more damp. Trees are a big thing. The number of trees used depends on the location and locale your town is located in. If you're in a plains area, you will more than likely be using few trees, since the plains are an open area. Now, a more forested of coastal town will have more trees and less dirt. There are also tiles for elevation, use those too since no place is completely flat. then you want your palce to look pretty, not just green and brown, add flowers randomly around the map, though not obstructing your path to certain areas where people need to go. Look at my map and you'll notice the detail in it. I just slapped it together, so don't expect it to be professional.

We're finally getting along
Yeah, I'm gonna have to agree with all the previous suggestions on the maps. They're just too empty, and a little too blocky. A very easy thing to do that can help the maps is just to add differant ground tiles. Long grass, dark grass, light grass, dirt, or whatever your tileset comes with. Add a lot of trees, plants, stones, and stuff like that as well. If you have a hard time doing that, or if your tileset dosen't have a variety to work with, make the maps smaller.
Just really try hard at it, and you can even try to overdo it sometimes, it just adds more to the game if your maps have a varitety of elements to them.
It may take a little longer, but you should really make sure you type out words like c and 2 and use propore punctuation. When you're talking about your game, you want to be as clear as possible, rushing through it will often lead to missunderstandings.

Hell Yeah! Just recovered all my old rm2k/3 games from my 10 year old, broken laptop hard drive that had been formatted and had a new OS installed on it. Oh, and I did all of this from my phone. WIN

Robotam wrote a few great tutorials about mapping. Perhaps you should read them.

how many times do i have to say it... Rechoit island is suppose to be undetailed cuz it woud be a pretty empty place if it existed in real life... ia dded some stubs and stuff but its suppose to be that... bu that island is nothing compare to those places i will show u soon... ow and the docks are neither suppose to have details cuz its just a dock. and those grafics.. where u got em? i know i took those screenshots on bad places... but i coud not wait for longer until releesing those screenshots... that inside house shot i think its good exept... that i know.. its is to big room.. smaller woud be better. to that island ive already added some details but only so ya know it suppose to look pretty dead... ur suppose to get bored by the place.

It would help if we had at least 1/2 of the information!
people assume, that with screenshots are complete maps...
cos MOST people use screens to SHOW OFF their maps, NOT show screens of INCOMPLETE maps without saying so!

And you say that you're not a n00b...
next time, tell us if they are unfinished, instead of making us criticise how empty they are, and making US seem like the bad guys.
and yes, I'm angry, But please, ignore the swearing and the angered words. The past few days havent been kind to me.
