Here's my go at it.  Sorry I'm a bit rusty, I haven't really done anything of the sort in at least two years.

 

Also, a suggestion for if you want to mess around with setting the screen tones, I have found that

R : 110%
G : 60%
B : 30%
C : 40%

looks magnificant.  I hope it's good enough!
