Charas-Project Suggestion Box

I don't know if there is a Charas-Project Sugeestion Box, but I feel there should be so I am making one here.

I think that there should be a Forum Feild(like the Teams Forum Field) For production teams. Each "Major Team could have it's own forum, and there could be a mini-team like forum for the lesser teams. That's just my thought.

I think there should be more contests, regasrding resource submissions......Like Charset compition, or something like that......but as a monthly thing.....Like a "Charset of the month" award or something.....this would improve the quality of work being submitted, and encourage submissions.

I have one! Theres all these sticky topics in the tutorials section so you have to scroll down a bunch to get to the new stuff. So instead of stickying every good tutorial, have one topic stickied, and in that topic have the links to all the good tutorials and lables for them. It'll organize it a lot better,

For some reason I think Charas is really crapfully put together and hard to configure. 'Real' posts is important, it show what kind of person you are. Like, Razor, has more posts in forum gaming than everywhere else, so that's incentive for me to ignore all of his posts.
