 7 - Probaly walk to the guy who made it, ask politely if he stole me, if yes, I run around waving the hidden microphone that was inside my shirt and show everyone his voice saying he stole!

 That, or I'd put an advice everytime I used that character "I didn't stole the character above, nor he was inspired in the othr character that almost looks like his twin, it's just a huge coincidence, don't sue me."
