I probably look like a total n00b for posting this, but I  am  a n00b
at this: this is my problem i'm trying to make it so that when my guys wakes up, he says something, and then someone walks in, but I can't figure it out! this is what i've got so far...




if switch (004: World Begin) is OFF

ok, do your guy that wants to come in event page one blank, but on page 2 of the event put the event image and tick the box that says switch, and make a switch called "enter",and it will appear when the switch "enter" is on, on the talikng event put the message then put wait 0.1 secs and switch on event "enter" and make a page two on that event with the switch event box ticked with "enter" switch

1st you put

i think you got that working ok

3rd page
i think you have a switch box on that  work along side page two
the 3rd has the telport  link to go on to the  map page
where your chara will be going two in your game

its been some time when i did this
as i lost my book with all the links to do this
there may be some help online to do this
or look in someones game
if there game works the way
you like your game to be
copy it in a book
then you have it when you need
it for a new game
and you can go back to it when need be
on how to do it  thats how i do it
some time its work out some time it dont
