Skill problem

I have an problem when i creat new skills.
When i try to use them with my hero there name text is gray and i can't use them. Other monsters and computer controled heros can use them with out problems but when i try to do it my self i don't work!!
HELP!!!

-Does said hero have enough MP?
-If you used attributes with the skill, make sure the attribute is set to MAGIC, not WEAPON
