Anime poll thing

Have seen even more Bleach, all right.  Speaking of, I have to catch up, I'm 3 episodes behind and a couple mangas behind.

Anyway, a little bit of opinion + constructed criticism.

Inuyasha:
My opinion - I believed this anime was quite boring.  From the 60 episodes I watched, here is what I've concluded.  The anime started off very very slowly, and by the time it picked up, I hadn't realized it, and it was already winding back down, to start slowly again.  The plot seemed rather repetitive.  "Oh no!  The shards are scattered, we must go on an adventure to find them again."  A couple episodes later. "Ok, all the shards are collected and now we must...Oh no!  The shards are scattered again, we must go collect them, again.".  This is just what I felt.

Because I'm interested in anime, I would like to hear others opinions.  I'm interested to know why the people who said they liked Inuyasha, said they did.

(P.S. - When did this topic become mainly about digimon?)

(P.S. 2 - Yeah RuneBlade!  Go Hunter x Hunter!  First person other than me to mention is, as far as I can tell.)

Ooog that was exactly my thought about inuyasha as well, but I only saw like 25 eps and then realized "this aint going anywhere".

I need a new anime to watch now, im outta good ones for now.

For you, I would recommend Flame of Recca, Trigun, and Get Backers.  Perhaps the Full Metal Panic trilogy.

That's good, but in case you were mistaken by some chance, Trigun is not a mecha.  It's a really really cool anime about a guy, a gun, and shoot em up shoot em up pow pow in a comedic fashion in some areas.

~~~~~~~Notes on other animes previously listed~~~~~~~

Hunter X Hunter - Just finished the 3rd OVA yesterday.  If you're looking for a good solid ending...look elsewhere.  The series finishes with the 3rd OVA, but it leaves off with you expecting more, and wanting more.  There is plenty of room for a sequel, but apparently, it is ending there, and it will stay ended there.

I know Trigun is not a mecha, I know what its basically about, but I dont think it sounds that good. I couldnt find any torrent for getbackers (yes thats the way I do it), but I found some old school rumble ive been looking for a while, so im into that atm. IT OWNS!

By the way, If you ever come across "El Hazard" I recommend not watching it, or being high while watching it, otherwise it sucks pretty damn bad.
