New Resources

So, I needed some resources for Battle Charsets for RM2k3; like, a good chunk of them were aligned wrongly. I took the BChar Offline Generator resources and did some editting to them to get them aligned correctly; they came out quite decently.

So I went through and did some edits; I fixed up 5 sets of battle charset hair (3 female, 2 male) and did an edit of a ponytail hair set in the normal Charset into a brown-spikey hair. I'm going to attach them all here for everyone's enjoyment. :>
