« on: July 14, 2006, 11:02:57 AM »
So, while at El Prez's house, BAM Oblivion. It is rather teh sechs. I've done spent 48 hours so far and that's mainly side quests alone. So: Discuss!

No, you don't need a 360 - You need a PC. If you get the 360 one you have to deal with not being able to install any mods. The mods for Oblivion are AMAZING, by the way. There's mods that improve the sky and environment, long distance rendering, skin, new weapons, new quests, making all the towns open(instead of having an huge gate and a door to a seperate cell), etc. Vanilla Oblivion is not how the true Oblivion should be played.

That's pretty much what I want too.  But I don't have a job.  Soo... yeah.  Theres this one kid at my school who is obsessed with Oblivion, and he had kind of convinced me not to play it.  I have Elder Scrolls 3 anyway, so it works.

Fahahar. Osmose is right, indeed. With modded oblivion, you can make a dude not unlike this:

And, here he is again, trying to marry a random person on the street, also only doable thanks to mods!

Screenshots need to be JPEGs, otherwise they have a huge filesize and slow loading time, like the ones Oooog just posted.

Nyah, my computer can already handle Oblivion and probably Spore. Victory goes to me!

So now png's are banned as well as bmp's?  I was unaware of this.  But okay, I'll replace them your majesty.

No no. It's just that those are very big PNG's... And in full color.

Me wantee!
On a somewhat off topic statement, would someone congratulate me on getting Quake 4 today? It's my filler game until I can get my hands on Oblivion.

Odd that I would call Quake 4 "filler"...

Eh, there's something about Quake 4 that doesn't appeal to me.

The graphics, they just look too... plasticiney to me. You know what I mean?
