Decided to get back into RM2K3. I messed around with RM2K a while ago back when Don Miguel was the first translator and had his own site, blah blah blah. Found charas a while back when I first got RM2K3 when it came out illegally...and I still have it illegally..lol. But anyway...

Looking for some help concerning the Charas online version of the faceset maker.

After I get in there and have my face set all put together and whatnot. I go to group them all together in a big faceset of 8 faces, and I save them. Try to import them into RM2k3 and then it doesn't let me because it says the picture is not the right size? What am I doing wrong with that?

Am I supposed to make a thing of 16 faces like most of them in the RTP? Or maybe I need to resize it? I have PSP7 and GraphicsGale pixel animation editor from another RM2K site.

Also looking for a working battle char generator, if I could I'd write the script myself, but I barely know how to execute variables in RM, well out of all the tutorials I've read, I still don't know how to make those variables work, and I really hate using my switches to do simple stuff that I know variables can do.

Any help would be appriciated. I'm trying to do a one person game type situation, and I am requiring alot of planning and such. That is, only me working on the game. So yeah...any help would be appriciated.

Also...Wondering if Alex or his team of flunkies is gonna put the Charas.EX along with the Faceset generator in there, would be cool to have so I don't gotta go online all the time just to make a faceset.

The correct size is 192x192. It doesn't start out that way because the generator puts 8 faces in a set instead of 16. It should be fine if you resize it.
