Showing HP using charsets

I can't seem to find a way to show Hp in my cbs. I looked all over for tutorials but I can't find any. Can anyone give a link or tell me how? I already red the one on gamingw and it isn't clear.

Now all you have to do is make charactersets or whatever display A certain number depending on the value of the different variable.
