Today marks my second year with a drivers licence. I passed on my first try :D

I don't think I ever used two hands while driving, once you get used to it, one hand is far more comfertable and relaxing than two hands.

To everyone who says they don't want a drivers license: Yeah right. Unless you enjoy having your parents take you to work, your friends houses, and everywhere else, deep down you want one. Its not like you have to drive if you have one, but if you ever need to go anywhere, you can. I guess if you really believe you don't want one, that'll change when you actually get one. I used to say the same thing when my brother had a lisence and I didn't...

The only thing that sucks about driving is paying for gas. I was thinking of getting a motercycle with good gas milage to help with that, but then I realized that they wouldn't be fun to drive in the winter...

Hell Yeah! Just recovered all my old rm2k/3 games from my 10 year old, broken laptop hard drive that had been formatted and had a new OS installed on it. Oh, and I did all of this from my phone. WIN

I have had mine for sometime now. I drive with one hand all the time as it is more comfortable for me. It is also due to the way I sit in the car, my driving instructor always corrected me for it but the way I sat made me feel comfortable for long rides.
I get off my total restrictions November 17. That means I can have 5 people in my car total(inculdes me) instead of 3.
As well as my curfew is lifted.

Yes. There's no problem with that. I had to do the same thing.

Would you rather they requested only 5 hours of driving experience and none of those at night? That would sure leave a hell of a lot of dumbass drivers on the road.

18+ here. But I'm gonna skip scooters and safe up for a car / motor.
Personally, I think I can drive. I've watched how my mother's friends did it and my grandpa/grandma over all these years. Doesn't seem too hard.

If helps to watch, but when you actually start, it's nothing like what it looks like... I used to go one road trips that lasted ten hours... I have a hard enough time driving for a half hour without losing intrest and wanting to pull over.. It's most cirtainly something that you get better at as you do it...

So, to any of those who haven't taken drivers ed yet, have your parents take you out driving before you start the class, so you aren't as parranoid about the driving part, because it is pretty scary the first time you drive... Well, at least it was for me.

Hehe....  two of our cars are out of commission, and one of our motorbikes are, so.....   My dad is driving my mom's Park Avenue to work.  My brother's is completely useless, because it needs a new engine, so we're just gonna replace the car altogether.  So even if I had a driver's license, it would be pretty useless right now. :mrT:
