Animation

I would actually like to find an animation program that i could use to animate my charsets.  I had one before on a different comp, but i forget what it was called.

Anyone know of any good programs that can do frame by frame and be able to control length of each frame?  And is fairly easy to use.

If someone is willing to make it for me.  Shouldnt be that hard, just 3 frames, maybe 6.  At maybe 15 or 25 mili-seconds per frame.  Hmm that might be too fast maybe 40.  If anyone wants to make it i can post charset.

i think i learned animation shop from you and i tried to download it again but i couldnt find it on google. Ryos if you find a link can you please post it. thanks and your welcome

Also, since MS Paint discolors Gifs(it does on my computer), you could download Ultimate Paint trial. Then when it expires, download it again. I'm pretty sure it'll preserve the colors.(Photoshop preserves up to 256 colors, HAHAHA!) UnFREEz is pretty basic, you just feed it the Gifs and it plops out an AniGIF.(Even though you're using Animation Shop 3)

I dont care about gif distortion in paint.  I only use gif for when i post drawings ive done.  Since im to lazy to use photoshop.
