I'm not sure if this has already been asked but i'm tryin to make an animation for party members so when they use it the main poses are gone until the skill is over then return but when i tried the animation went off target and the poses just flashed i downloaded a made game to see how it was done but when i tried i didn't work if you can please help

The easiest way to do that is to do the following:

First, go into the Animations 2 tab of the Database. Click the hero set that you want to change, and choose "Poses". In the second page (9-16), name one of the boxes "Skill", and leave it blank.
Then, go into the Skills tab. Click the desired skill, and hit the "Set" button underneath the animated pose of the character. Choose the character that you modified before, and in the "Pose" section, select the "Skill" animation. This will make the hero disappear while using the skill.

EDIT: As for where the animation actually shows, go to the Animations tab, select the animation, and try changing the Scope section to Local and the Y Axis Line section to Center. It also helps if you choose a monster via the drop-down box in the top-right, so that you can get the positioning right.
