We used 2 A-Bombs, not any Nukes.  And if the US were to pull out of the UN, the UN would pretty much implode (or explode, either way) because of how much money the US puts into helping other countries, whether you like to admit it or not.  And why not destroy the nukes?  It's pretty much insurance, and it keeps potentially hostle countries at bay, because they don't want to get nuked. However, thats not really working today because they know the US won't drop nukes on them because of the innocent they hide themselves among.

First: The US can't pull out of the UN becuase they ARE the UN.

Second: It doesn't matter. You are the only ones using nuclear power against the civilians, and you have no authority to tell other countries to not have them, since you are a bigger fret than any terrorist.

Third: Innocents they hide among? The US has killed BABYS while the airbombings at Iraq. The nuclear bombs at 1945 were thrown against civilian cities, not militar bases. The US doesn't consider the innocent ones.

Fourth: The US puts money to help the countries that are allied to them. There was a lot of US money around here at the 1970's with the militar dictature that the USA's government financed economically, not to mention the fact that the US supported those dictatures knowing that people werte being killed. The money left when the dictature left. Simple.

You want more facts? Stop babbling about how the US "helps" the world and see what the US government really does to the world. It's the country that contaminates the most, the country that has caused the fiorst war at the 21st Century, and it's the country that constantly pisses off the Third World, just becuase it has more money.
