i need help

I need help in making chipsets and things like that, is there anyone who could make  me one or tell me how to make the. is there some software or something you can use, and how do you fix bitmap and bitsize errors, can anyone help me?

Well then.. Are you a good spriter and are you willing to spend hours and hours per chipset? If not then chuck that idea out of the window before you begin.

Well I for one always use Ms paint, charsets, b-chars, animations, weapons and chipsets.
Althrough for pictures, b-backs, titles and game overs I use the scanner and a program to resize the pics.

Well I believe in the saying learning by doing, so thatīs what Iīve always done, I do stuff, then when I realize what is wrong I change it and remember it till next time.

So... In other words my tip is to try some things out and you will learn eventually.
