"Long ago, when there was only darkness, a strange power was formed. A goddess was created, Ghayla, also named the ArchAngel. She gave birth to 4 elements, Igni(Fire), Aqua(Water), Venta(Wind) and Humi.
Together they made the world that we now call Gor. As the elements ruled their world, they began to get jealous of eachother and soon enough, a war was started.
Mother Ghayla was furious, ashamed for her daughters greed she made a Blade, the ArchBlade, a holy blade that made the war stop.
Ghayla took the rulership of Gor for her own and banned her daughters to the darkness. But they refused...they killed their mother and with the last words mother Ghayla told them that    10 000 years later, someone will revenge her with her ArchBlade. And when that day will happen, she will rule once more.

Well, that is the folksstory at least...want to know the real story? Follow me, Yeru, a normal peasant. My life was normal and I never complained, but then something happened. Some sort of punishment...And now I have to do something terrible. What did I do wrong? Why do I need to kill?"

When you first read the story you probably think 'CLICHE!!!' and I'm aware of it. But that's what I want you to think. I am also sick of clichés, so this RPG will have major twists and slowly, the main subject, the 'ArchBlade', will fall to the background.
I'm making it on RPG Maker XP, it's a ABS System with magic and Combos.
Yea, indeed, combos! You can mix your magic attacks to create even stronger and new magic!

Hmmm, sound nice so far. I like the idea of using a cliche to build up to an original plot; it worked in Tales of Symphonia, and I'm using that method somewhat in my plot. I also would like to see some more though, and don't worry about spoiling the plot too much. If we don't see enough of the original parts, it doesn't do much good to tell us that the story isn't really cliche.

Looks very nice. The planet doesn't look very spherical, though, and I think that the background could use stars or something. It's a bit empty.

Is it just me or does the Earth Godess seem to have more kingdom, as earth primarily makes up the planet?

One of the things that bugs me m ost with RMXP is the font, and the charas. If you could have original font+old style charas with the power of RMXP it would kick!

Thats when it gets technicl. Water would have a massive surface, earth would have the crust, but what about the molten core? Would the be the domain of the earth because it is molten rock, or of fire because of the intense heat that keeps it liquid.
