sonic: crystal chronicals

hi guys, i'm back.  sorry about what happened earlier this year.  anyways, i've decided to work on a new game.  but enought about me, let's get to the game:

story:  in the year 2050, eggman is stuck in the egg carrier, his last stronghold.  sonic and his friends have him cornered.  they battle through the system for a long time until they get to eggman.  when it looks like he's beaten, he pulls out a new eapon and fires a beam of light at everybody.  when they got hit by the light, they turned into crystals.  eggman then took the crystals and hid them around the world, to make sure that nobody could find them and free sonic & friends from crystals.

flash foward 5 years:

the world is run by eggman, and his robots maintain authority.  Sean, a guy in colledge, is preparing for the cross-country nationals.  while he was training, he accidentally fell down a steep slope into a cave.  when he got up, he saw a blue crystal.  what he didn't know was that when he picked it up, his life was about to change forever.

no, he learns of how evil eggman really is, and that he must stop him.

by the way, the crystals will be a key factor in battles.

well, i'm gonna need some help with the soundtrack and making the sprites for the characters for this game.  one, i stink at making sprites, and i always will.  two, even i need help, and this game can't be done without a little help from you guys.

if somebody helps me with these things, i'll put thier name in credits as a 'thank you' present.

Wasn't making fun, it was the attitude of the statement. "I can't do this, and I never can so now I have an excuse to not even try" instead of "I can't do this, so I need to practice at it until I can".

What if you run into a part where you don't know how to code it? By that statement, you'll just not ry it because you dont want to and tell yourself you can't.

i CAN make the towns and the enimies and that crud.

i just need help making the characters' sprites and getting the soundtrack ready.  that's all i'll have trouble with.

I think what the others are trying to say is this:

This would have been cool, if Sega Made it, called it Sonic RPG,
made it for the genesis and published it in 1997.
And you were a 12 year old.

the concept is boring, at best.

Fangames usually suck....And an RPG with a spriter that stinks, usually suck..
Sonic the hedgehog, is cheesy and dated.

Aside from this, I think you are on a winning formula
