Charas.Ex query

So, I was trying to figure out how to Import New resources into my Charas.EX...and all of that jazz...

So I look in these here forums....

And I see just the thread Im looking for.

The thing is,, its written in such $h!tty english, that I am really having problems Understanding wtf this guy is saying.

Maybee its just me.

But does anyone else know how to do this?

Anyone that can, you know, speak in proper sentences?

Becuase Ive made a whole ton of resources, all sitting on a large bmp file.
Id like to put them into my charas so it takes me 2 minutes to make a charset as Opposed to an Hour to Make 1 person on a charset.
