Photoshopping a cartoon?
Do you mean like drawing a fullblown cartoon on photoshop, or something along those lines? Gimme more specifics. O.o;;

Yea, I was typing that in class, didn't wanna get caught, you know...
What I wanna do is basically make a poster/cartoon that shows a bunch of items from thinkgeek.com, and writing a little about how each item can be used to take over the world. I don't really need a tutorial showing photoshop functions, I know all that, but more of design and layout, how to make it eye-catching and stuff.
Anything would be appreciated.

You can try using the cutout filter. Check this out:

I used the cutout tool with my pic. If you want a full tutorial on creating a comic-style cartoon check this tutorial out:

If you mean trying to make a poster that's pleasing to the eye, there really is no single stop tut for that. My advice is just to study already made posters.

Okay, thanks guys. I think I got a cool enough layout.
All I need is to convince my frinds to let me nerdify one of them.
