How can I make the monster a battlecharset that can move as well?

you would need to animate the monster by making all the separate poses and then putting him on a battle character sheet so you can use him as one in rpg maker .....easier sed then done

It's doable, but it's difficult to do. I wouldn't recommend it.

One thing you could do is make a whole bunch of monsters of the battlechar enemy, then make then all have the transform ability and turn into the various poses. Granted it wouldn't be as smooth as a battle char but it would be movement.
