Anybodie now anything about Gettin video from a camcorder to a computer

The a/v outlets don't transfer data, they just let you play it on a tv. You should have gotten a USB cable with it. Use that.

The camcorder won't. When you got the camera, if its a digital, there should have been a cord with a USB plug on one end and an end that can plug into the camcorder.

If its none digital then you will need a video card with In/out ports like a TV

Don't think it's a digital, got cam from flea market so didnt come with usb cord just a/v cord to tv and charger and charger to cam cord

Did it come with a cord with a split end like the cord for a Ps2, ones yellow the other is white or red?

....That's an a/v cable.

But if the camcorder uses cassettes you'll have to use a VHS-DVD converter then copy the DVD.
