Generally, contests are more based on holiday themes or general agreements between people. Like, for example, when I wanted to start a large mapping contest, I posted something about it in all of all and got a lot of good responce. So, then, Robotam and myself made the contest.

Because you are both a new member, and a not very well liked member, odds are you won't gain much support for any ideas you have.

I just thought of things that weren't done before. By sound effects, I mean the sfx for the makers. (2000, 2k3, and XP) I heard a well known guy here said somthing about a cg contest Did he mean character graphic or computer graphics I do not know. Systems for rpgmakers was my idea.

All of those ideas are bland and not in the least interesting. People want to do something fun for a contest.

Constructive Criticism + 1.

I liked the midi contest, except there was to much to listen to. I made it through half the midis then quit judging.

Another midi contest with a max of 2 entires would be pretty cool. I might even try to enter that.

Generator resource contest? I'm open to the idea if anyone can give me a good idea for a prize and a judging method. (Say, unique resources only, no recolors or simple edits, and you get between a 0-3 depending on quality - I'm really only stuck on a prize, since colored names are becoming too common).

you mean like develop pieces for the online and offline generators? The prize> a map made by our best mapmakers. Think of it. Having one of mics high qulaity maps in your game! Nah too bland.

I don't think prizes should be neccessary. I'd enter a resource contest with or without a prize.

Before you moderators even think about making another contest, hurry up and choose the winners of the Christmas contest. I want my colored name already, as by the looks of things, I won the mapping part.

Hmmm, it seems that statement is accurate.

Very well. Razor! You were involved.
