I've been messing around with making gadgets for the Windows Vista sidebar, and the first one I've completed is the Charas Top 10 Gadget. Named Top 10 only because it's shorter than "10 Most Recent Topics".

Basically, it adds a button to the sidebar that, when clicked, opens a flyout and displays the top 10 list. It's updated whenever you click, so it's always as recent as can be. It's nothing amazing, but nifty nonetheless - my eventual goal is to have the whole list right there in the sidebar, and having it update every 5 to ten minutes (To ease the hit on Charas' bandwidth

The gadget is attached - as far as I know you just download and run it and it should install itself. Comments, bugs, or criticism are welcome.

PS: Final version completed. I find it very useful myself for keeping tabs on Charas - it auto-updates itself every five minutes.
