I really need a Chip set of a City in the clouds, like with clouds, some old pillars, a few houses(make it look old please), and perhaps a few cracked bridges(preferred if the bridge is wooden.)

Why dont you look through the chipsets in Complete resources, find some you like, and Either Edit them into what you need, or request an Edit?

Do you have any idea how much work it is to design a working, seamless chipset from scratch? I Could do that, but not for free.

However, Alot of us would be glad to help you Edit some, if you provided some examples.

Well, The Clouds from The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap would be nice, and some stone, i guess you could say ancient rock temple-like buildings. Is that ebought information?
