I played the original, I hear the second one is supposed to be ultra fun.

By the way, I added all y'all.

Goes by number of Trophies, I think. And if you look at my games played, you'll understand why I'm so low level. If all of my Xbox games were on the PS3, I'd be much higher.

My god, I'm only level 4 on PSN lol. To be fair, I really only got my PS3 when Skyrim came out though I had wanted one for a while and just never got around to buying it. Back then, I didn't really have the time to play it and I HATED playing video games while my roommates were around because neither of them were gamers and they always asked me stupid questions.

As far as multiplayer games go on the PS3, I own LBP but not LBP2 yet. I'm planning to buy it soon because it was a load of fun and we didn't get to the end of it when I was up in Canada last. I really need to get more multiplayer games...I will with time, I suppose. I should really try FPS's again sometime, though I usually suck at those. The only one I've ever played that I was good at was Timesplitters 2, which, inexplicably, I became freakishly good at. It's not a genre I play often, so that's probably why. :P

Also to be fair, I dedicated a solid three or four months of my life to Skyrim and stopped only when I hit a glitch that made it impossible to complete one of the dungeons, thus irking my completionist tendencies and causing me to lose interest in the game.

Hey, look on the bright side...I still have more trophies than Cerebus! *laughs maniacally*

Retiring the deadlines because I think I've proven that I can get stuff done. It might come on my own time, but it will be better quality that way.

Pants.

Considering I've played, what, 3 games? I'd say that's fairly normal, especially since the only game I beat was LittleBig Planet and not at 100%.
As I said, were all of my Xbox games played on PS3, I'd be much higher. Like, as high as someone who smoke too much pot.

As for FPS, I'd say... first, you REALLY need a mouse to play efficiently. Second, well, practice. I'm pretty sure you wouldn't bee too bad, depending on the game. Plus, even when you're not that good, game can still be enjoyable.
Had lots of fun playing Modern Warfare 2 back then, even though my K/D ratio was probably like 0.5.

As for LBP2... you'll have to restart everything, though. But well, the game's still really fun. However, when you try acing... I suggest doing it alone. I mean, remember when we played? When we kept dying stupidly because of the camera and such? Yeah...

Yes, when you use your own profile. We were too derpy and lazy to find out how to do it all, so Natako just created a second account on my PS3. Unless there is a way to import this file, then I'm afraid not.
Is there, though? That'd be really neat. This way, we could start back where we left when we eventually play.

We also did the same with LBP, though this time at her place, where I created a second account and went further than I am on my own PS3. However, I'm fairly confident that in this case, I'll just have to get everything back.

I don't know, I've never tried moving saves.

Well, sh*t. Hopefully Natako won't mind since I'd like to play again with her. Was really fun... though I won't lie, retrying the same level 20+ times isn't something I'm really looking forward to.

It adds up your total trophies. Bronze = 1 point, silver = 2 points, gold = 3 points, platinum = 10 (I think), and every 100 or so points you gain a level.

I weep for Timesplitters 4. :(

Also if you want to slowly get into the FPS vibe you should probably play a co-op game (like Borderlands) before diving headlong into the genre with like something Call of Duty or Battlefield.

If you have a Playstation Plus account you can store and retrieve your saves to and from the Sony servers. Otherwise a good old fashioned USB will do the trick. (My brother and I do that when he goes off to college.)

I don't want to pay for PS+ though :|

And yes, Borderlands is awesome.
I'm heavily suspecting that my mom bought me the second for my birthday due to a vague hint she gave me a couple weeks ago, and I...guess I own the first, now.
So yeah!
